Structure principle of acid and alkali resistant magnetic pump
Acid and alkali magnetic pump (also known as magnetic drive pump) is mainly composed of pump head, magnetic drive (magnetic cylinder), motor, base and other parts. Magnetic pump magnetic drive consists of outer magnetic rotor, inner magnetic rotor and non-conductive isolation sleeve. When the motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate through the coupling, the magnetic field can penetrate the air gap and the non-magnetic material isolation sleeve, and drive the inner magnetic rotor connected with the impeller to rotate synchronously, so as to realize the contactless synchronous transmission of power, and to transform the dynamic sealing structure which is easy to be leaked into the static sealing structure which has zero leakage. As the pump shaft, the inner magnetic rotor is completely closed by the pump body and isolation sleeve, a series of problems such as “running, bubbling, dripping and leaking” are completely solved.

1. Transmission characteristics
Acid and alkali resistant magnetic pump magnetic transmission adopts pull and push intensive cylindrical structure, in the case of the same magnetic volume, the torque it can transmit is about 1.5 times of the dispersed magnetic structure, this structure will maximize the utilization rate of the magnetic energy, and at the same time, the weight of the inner and outer rotor is greatly reduced, which reduces the weight of the rotor system and the effect of the imbalance of the sliding bearings.
2. Forms of transmission
There are two types of magnetic transmission.
(1) Disc-shaped magnetic coupling
The disk-shaped magnetic coupling consists of two face-to-face circumferential magnets and an isolation sleeve in the middle. A large axial force is generated between the two magnets. Measures for balancing the axial force and thickening the isolation sleeve must be adopted, otherwise the isolation sleeve will be deformed to the point of damage.
(2) Cylindrical Magnetic Coupling
Cylindrical magnetic couplings have no axial force. Cylindrical magnetic coupling consists of inner and outer rotors. The bases of the inner and outer rotors are made of ordinary steel that can be magnetized. The outer circular surface of the inner rotor and the inner circular surface of the outer rotor are closely arranged in the direction of the parallel axis of a number of permanent magnets, forming a “combination of pull and push magnetic circuit”. Theory and practice have proved that this cylindrical “combined pull-push magnetic circuit” in the same magnetic circuit parameters, the unit magnetic volume to obtain a larger transmission torque, about 4 times the traditional decentralized magnetic circuit. Magnetic pumps use this cylindrical “combined pull-push magnetic circuit”.

The possibility of wear is small, isolation sleeve, easy to disassemble, can be replaced on site, easy maintenance, can be applied to SIC bearings, good wear resistance, long service life, pump speed is not limited by the motor.
