　　(1) When the pump is directly connected to the power machine, it must be an integral base, and pay attention to the base leveling.

　　(2) The use of couplings directly connected to the unit, the pump and power machine shaft must be concentric to prevent damage to the machine parts due to vibration.

　　(1) The inlet pipe support must be firm, can not fall on the pump, the joints should be strictly sealed, no air leakage.

　　(2) elbow can not be directly connected to the pump inlet, you must install a section of about 3 times the diameter of the straight pipe, otherwise it will cause turbulence in the pump inlet, affecting the efficiency of the pump.

　　(3) The inlet pipe with bottom valve should be installed vertically, such as terrain restrictions must be installed diagonally, the angle with the water surface should be greater than 45 degrees, and the direction of the valve shaft should be in the horizontal direction, so as to avoid the bottom valve can not be closed or closed poorly, affecting the work of the pump.

　　(4) Any part of the water inlet pipe should not be higher than the upper edge of the water inlet of the pump to prevent the pump from gathering air, affecting the suction effect.

　　(5) In order to reduce power consumption, the pump outlet pipe as close as possible to the pool water surface or submerged below the pool water surface, not too much above the pool!

　　Fourth, centrifugal pump start

　　(1) Before starting the pump should check the fastening place bolts are not loose, there is no abnormal sound, lubrication parts of the oil is sufficient, etc., as soon as possible to eliminate possible problems, so as not to cause losses.

　　(2) Before starting the pump should be filled with water. Unscrew the open air screw before filling, then add water until the water bubbles outward from the bleeder hole, and then rotate the pump shaft a few times, such as continuing to bubble water, indicating that the water is full, and then close the bleeder screw, ready to start.

　　1、According to the size of the foundation, make a concrete foundation and bury the ground bolts.

　　8、To prevent debris from entering the pump, a filter should be installed at the inlet, and the filter area should be 3 to 4 times larger than the cross-sectional area of the pipe.

　　9、When the medium temperature is too high, cooling measures should be taken for the seals to prevent the seals from deforming to produce static ring rupture.
