Acid and alkali magnetic pump does not have high requirements for the medium, because the internal overflow materials are used in acid and corrosion resistance of engineering plastics, so it can be normal transportation of most of the chemical properties of the liquid, including high temperature type of liquid, but this kind of liquid must not contain too much hard particles, otherwise there is a risk of abrasion through the isolation sleeve, so acid and alkali magnetic pumps need to be installed in the entrance of the filter mesh.

Acid and alkali magnetic pumps can not transport iron media, because the inner magnetic steel body is immersed in the transported media, if the transported media contains iron-based powder or contains other easily magnetized impurities, then in the process of transporting, these impurities will be adsorbed in the outer surface of the inner magnetic steel body, these impurities will be shielded from part or all of the magnetic line of force, so that the magnetic drive torque partially or completely disappeared.
The sealing method of acid and alkali resistant magnetic pump is different from other machine pumps, turning the dynamic sealing system into static sealing, realizing non-contact power transmission, which can completely eliminate the dripping and leaking of traditional machine pumps in the conveying process, and because of the excellent sealing, it can also transport gas mixtures and liquids containing suspended solids.
1、Prevent particles from entering
(1) Do not allow ferromagnetic impurities and particles to enter the magnetic pump actuator and bearing friction vice.
(2)After conveying the medium which is easy to be crystallized or precipitated, it should be flushed in time (fill the pump cavity with clean water after stopping the pump and discharge it cleanly after running for 1min) in order to guarantee the service life of the sliding bearings.
(3) When conveying the medium containing solid particles, it should be filtered at the entrance of the pump flow pipe.

2、Prevent demagnetization
(1) The moment of acid and alkali resistant magnetic pump should not be designed too small.
(2) It should be operated under the specified temperature conditions, and it is strictly prohibited for the medium temperature to exceed the standard. Platinum resistance temperature sensor can be installed on the outer surface of the isolation sleeve of the magnetic pump to detect the temperature rise in the annular gap area, so that the temperature exceeds the limit of the alarm or shutdown.
3、Prevent dry friction
(1) Strictly prohibit idling.
(2) Strictly prohibited medium pumping.
(3) In the case of the outlet valve is closed, the pump continuous running time shall not exceed 2min, in order to prevent the magnetic actuator overheating and failure.
