1、The reason of conveying medium

2、Oil seal assembly shaft factors lead to oil leakage
Oil seals are mounted on the rotor shaft, if the shaft processing is not fine, surface roughness or hardness is not enough, or the shaft has a defective incomplete, will lead to oil seals and shaft with the phenomenon of bad, then the oil seal will leak.
3, oil pump assembly is not standard
Oil pump in the assembly with the help of tooling, if the tooling in the pressure of the oil seal when the force is too large, the oil seal will be pressed deformation, and the gap between the shaft becomes large; oil seal through the threads or splines will be the oil seal lip scratches; assembly of the oil seal accidentally mixed into the sundries, which is also the reason for the leakage of the oil seal.
4. Lip wear reasons

5、Oil pump oil seal quality problems

6、The reason of shaft
The surface roughness and hardness of the rotary shaft is unreasonable, and the oil seal with the parts will use high-frequency quenching, the hardness is not less than HRC55; rotary shaft surface defects, such as: corrosion, scratches, directional knife marks and so on.
7、Skeleton reasons
Due to the oil seal spring material and manufacturing problems, resulting in its performance failure. Spring failure in the form of: spring too tight or too loose, too loose when the spring compression force is small, can not achieve the sealing effect, too tight when the spring compression force is large, the oil seal and the rotary shaft with improper coordination, resulting in abnormal wear of the oil seal, oil leakage.
